1. Controller

The controller responsible for the Klappzahl app is:

2. Principle

Klappzahl was designed for use without a user account, sign-in or transmission of personal data to the developer’s or third-party servers.

The app does not require an internet connection.

3. Local storage

Klappzahl stores only information needed to use and personalise the app locally on the device. This may include:

• app settings,
• selected language,
• selected game mode,
• learning and game progress.

This information never leaves the device and is not sent to the developer or third parties.

Locally stored data can be removed by deleting the app from the device.

4. No data transmission and no accounts

The app:

• has no user account or sign-in,
• sends no data to the developer’s servers,
• uses no cloud storage,
• uses no advertising,
• uses no in-app purchases or subscriptions,
• uses no tracking,
• uses no analytics SDKs,
• uses no integrated crash reporting.

5. No device permissions

Klappzahl requests no access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or notifications.

6. Apple App Store and Apple services

Klappzahl is offered through the Apple App Store. Apple independently processes data relating to the App Store and operating system. This may include purchase, download and App Store usage data, as well as diagnostic and usage information if users have agreed to send it to Apple.

The developer can view statistics provided by Apple in App Store Connect about downloads, usage and sales. Klappzahl contains no analytics SDK for this purpose and sends no data to the developer for it.

7. Children

Klappzahl is intended for children and their parents. The app does not collect, transmit or analyse children’s personal data. It has no registration, profiles, advertising or in-app communication.

8. Rights and contact

Because Klappzahl sends no personal data to the developer, the developer generally holds no app-related personal usage data that could be linked to a particular person.
