What age group is CountFlip suitable for?: CountFlip is suitable for children who want to discover or better understand numbers, quantities, counting and their first approaches to arithmetic. The app can be used both as an introduction to mathematics and for independent practice of concepts that are already familiar. Parents and other adults can also use CountFlip to explain numbers, place values and different number systems in a clear and visual way. A specific age is therefore less important than the child's interest in exploring numbers and arithmetic step by step.
Which devices can run the app?: CountFlip is designed for iOS and Android devices. It can be used on compatible smartphones and tablets. The currently supported operating system versions are listed in the App Store or on Google Play.
How can progress or settings be reset?: The stored exercise statistics can be reset in the protected settings area for parents. Adults can reset the number of completed exercises and mistakes to zero there. All other app settings, such as language, number system, number of places, animations and sound, can also be changed in the parent area and adjusted again whenever necessary.
The app is not responding as expected. What can I do?: Restart the app and, if necessary, the device. Also check that the latest app version is installed. If the issue remains, the details listed below will help us investigate.
